Who is reading us, and what would you like to find here?
woman with laptop sipping coffee

We interrupt this Inspiration Tuesday to ask for your help: We need to know who is reading our blog, and what you would like to find here!

We don't have counters or trackers or cookies on Blogger, MySpace or Facebook Notes (that's where the blog appears on our Facebook page) so the only way we know if people are enjoying our blog is if they respond to the posts. No responses, however, doesn't necessarily mean no readers, because not everybody likes to participate in blog discussions.

So if you are a regular -- or new!-- reader of the Lifetime Mothers Blog, please respond to THIS post and introduce yourself. And while you're at it, tell us if you'd like to read more about the following subjects:

* handling family finances

* teaching kids how to handle money

* education -- for your kids and yourself

* after-school and summer activities

* time organization

* products of interest to parents

* products of interest to women

* fun and different ways to exercise

And tell us if you'd like to read more or less about:

* cooking

* homemaking

* pets

Post your replies, or write to lifetimemothers@mindspring.com.

So.... Did you shop?
women shopping

All the news reports are in, and yesterday was a big shopping day after all!

Did you go out? Did you stay at home and shop on line? What kinds of things did you find for your kids?

And finally: isn't "Black Friday" an awful name? We don't know anyone who actually uses it. Note to media: sometimes no one really wants to pretend they are participating "behind the scenes."

What do you call the day after Thanksgiving?
